Subject: [FIX] project: kanban needaction link well shown

When something like this is in a html content:

```
  <a href="hello">
    <div>
      <b>this</b>
      <a href="world">!</a>
    </div>
  </a>
```

browsers may correct it to:

```
  <a href="hello">  </a>
    <div>
      <a href="hello">
        <b>this</b>
      </a>
      <a href="world">!</a>
    </div>
  </a>
```

which breaks our CSS.

This change transforms the inner tag in a button tag.
