Odoo cloc is a tool to count the number of relevant lines written in Python,
Javascript or XML. This can be used as rough metric for pricing maintenance of
customizations.
It has two modes of operation, either by providing a path:
odoo-bin cloc -p module_path
Or by providing the name of a database:
odoo-bin cloc --addons-path=dirs -d database
In the latter mode, only the custom code is accounted for.
Both modes can be used simultaneously.
Files that cannot be parsed are shown at the end of the report.
Parsing can fail due to syntax errors or excessive file size.

Due to this commit: odoo/odoo@0ea67467b1301b39a263a386a622e931784eb0de ( https://github.com/odoo/odoo/blob/0ea67467b1301b39a263a386a622e931784eb0de/odoo/tools/config.py#L521 )
the screencasts value is not a string anymore but a valid PATH.
So now you can't set '1', 'true' or 't' to force to have the
same directory as the screenshot dir.
Steps to reproduce:
odoo-bin ... --screencasts 1 (with a failed JS test to produce a screencast)

Prior to this commit, the documentation page for the installation of Odoo had lots of inconsistencies, errouneous information and a bad structure.
This commit restructures the page to split the Source Install chapter into three sections for Windows, Linux and Mac OS.
Each section is entirely rewritten to be accurate, logical, clean, easy to understand and focused on its purpose (removed tutorials of non-Odoo softwares).

Actually, when a browser_js test is running, screencasts and screenshots
are saved only if a "--logfile" parameter is specified.
This is problematic with the runbot because '--logfile' arg is not
provided when running tests. Also, in most situations, developpers
prefer to have logs on stdout.
With this commit, two CLI args are added to specify screencasts and
screenshots directories. If no screenshots dir is provided, it defaults
to "{tmp_dir}/odoo_tests/{db_name}/screenshots".
It means that screenshots are always enabled during browser_js tests.
If screencasts arg is given, it enables screencasts and save them in
"DIR/{db_name}/screencasts". If the screencasts parameter is "1", DIR
will be the same as for screenshots.
The ffmpeg tools is used to encode frames into a video. If the ffmpeg
tool is not found on the system, the frames are kept as pngs files
instead.

It's completely FUBAR when using workers[0] and properly
reimplementing it is not really worth the effort when logrotate(8) and
newsyslog(8) exist (or cyclog/multilog/cronolog if you subscribe to
the "logrotate and newsyslog are a design that should be consigned to
history" school of thought).

The 'xmlrpc'-based configuration parameters have been a misnomer since
the introduction of the generic HTTP service, years ago.
Hide these options from the server parameters, and replace them with
more appropriate 'http' ones:
--xmlrpc-interface -> --http-interface
--xmlrpc-port -> --http-port
--no-xmlrpc -> --no-http
The config entries for these have been adapted as well.
The old parameter names are still silently supported in both
command-line arguments and config files. However they are
stored with the new names in the `tools.config` dict,
and when saving config files (with the -s option).
Also clarified and cleaned up the descriptions of the HTTP/WEB server
parameters.
And finally, added a short version `-p`, for the `--http-port` option.

The %d %h options in db-filter are case sensitive but the URL are not.
If you happen to use databases with uppercase in the name, using (?i) may be
needed to match the correct database.
