PURPOSE
Improve usability of course creation and management in frontend
SPECIFICATIONS
This commit improves various elements of the eLearning module:
* the create 'new course' dialog has been improved with examples and
improved placeholders;
* allow to create tags directly from course creation modal. Using the
add tag button after having created the course is not the only way of
managing tags anymore;
* the create 'new content' dialog has some explanations on the right side;
* add a flag indicating which content has already been viewed in
documentation;
* changes the text/color of some buttons;

To avoid user to set a negative duration on slide they upload using the
upload widget, a min=0 has been added to the duration input of that widget.

Upload modal
PURPOSE
Ease discovering of eLearning features by allowing to install surveys
directly from frontend in order to allow certification.
SPECIFICATIONS
Add a button in Upload a document to install Surveys. This button only
appears if surveys is not installed.
When button is clicked, ask for confirmation before installing survey.
LImitate this feature to group system: system people should see the button
and use standard ACLS about module installation.

The 'index_content' field was only filled when uploading from the frontend.
That would lead to inconsistent results when creating/updating 'presentation' slides from the slide.slide form view.
The field was also not cleaned if the slide content changed.
As it's usage was not very clear (only on a 'search', and not very intuitive), we simply removed the field.

The completion time of a slide now has default values for slides of type
* video (duration of the YouTube video);
* PDF (number of pages * 5 minutes);
This computation is done when uploading a slide in frontend or by an onchange
in backend. Field can still be given / modified by elearning people as
result may not be reliable (pdf parsing is not accurate, and/or you may
estimate time differently from strict page-based computation).
The course will sum up all durations of its (active) slides. Display has been
changed from "x minutes" to "x hours y minutes".

Since af690f678fb68c7155fa41b8df24e53bdf0edf4d one can toggle the free preview boolean directly from
the slide list view in frontend. It is therefore not necessary to add
this checkbox when uploading it.

Purpose
=======
This commits refactors the slide archiving confirmation modal to make it a
standard Dialog (remove global selectors, remove most of useless xml, ...).
It also adds a new slide archive route to allow channel publishers to archive
slides in sudo mode. Indeed ACLs only website_publishers can write on slide
model. In some case people without real rights may update slides.

Purpose of this commit is to introduce a new way of displaying and managing
slides in eLearning module. Its purpose is to give a better experience to
users when going through a course. Notably a fullscreen mode allows to take
lessons one by one without going out of the elearning display. Integration
of all slide types eases taking the course step by step.
Quiz are introduced in this commit. Those are an addition to slides with
some question / answers (multiple choice). It allows customer to gain karma
and improves gamification. Certifications are still done using the survey
application. Quiz targets only small tests at the end of a given slide.
A new widget is added to display and control slide display in fullscreen
mode. Old display is still available for documentation channels or when
going out of fullscreen mode, to see details on comments / review / statistics
and have access to share options.
This commit is linked to task ID 1902304 and PR #29876. It closes the main
work on refactoring website slides into eLearning, with other tasks already
merged in current community [1][2][3][4][5].

Before this commit, the user can only create a webpage slide
by setting its name, category and tags. On the channel grid,
no tumbnail was shown.
This commit allow the user to upload a cover image from the
slide upload modal and to modify it from form view. the
mimetype of webpage slide is now 'forced' through the
modal to 'text/html' to avoid conflit with 'image/png'
when setting the cover image.

Purpose
=======
The 'is_preview' field implied some functional behavior but it was not
manageable from back-end nor front-end.
It can now be configured on the slide upload form (front-end view) and on
the slide form (back-end view).

With new slide type, it was required to change the
upload modaL. Now, the use select first the type
of document he wants to upload, then the correct
form appears. When filled, user can sumbit it to
be redirect to the slide he just create.
