This commit makes few changes in the event tour as
listed below:
* Remove the step asking user to save the event, as the next step is
redirecting to the website which already triggers a save
* Make the tip for website redirection appeaer in edit mode also
* Fix a typo ("registering" instead of "registrating")
* Instead of having to go to a specific stage, moving to any stage is
now enough for going to next step

A revamp of the scss of 's_share' in '14.0' has caused an issue with the
class '.o_wevent_social_link' of 'website_event', making a wrong
alignment of the social media icons used in this module, especially in
'event_templates_page_registration'.
For this reason, this commit fixes this issue by setting the display of
the '.o_wevent_social_link' class as an 'inline-flex', vertically and
horizontally centered.

Problem

when a visitor register for an event, the fields in the POST are checked against a list of allowed fields.
The list is hardcoded inside the method _process_attendees_form.
Solution
--------
Move this list in a specific method that can be easily overidden by
another module

Steps:
- Install website_event_sale
- Go to Events
- Create a new event:
- Add a line:
- Sales Start: yesterday
- Sales End: tomorrow
- Click the "Go to Website" smart button
Bug:
The sales end date is not displayed. It's displayed when there are more
items.
Explanation:
When there is only one item, the layout is not the same.
This commit adds "Sales end on" next to the price.

Before this commit, a participating badge was displayed on the event even if
the user's registration has been canceled. This is a strange behavior.
After this commit, the participating badge will be hidden if all the user's
registration have been canceled.

Bug

When we start the Event tour, if we go outside of Event during the tour
we might see the tour bubble in the other application.
It should be visible only in Event.

Same change in several areas where translations existed:
- website editor notification popup
- elearning share popup
- forum remediation filter popup
- event registration attendees popup
- portal rating popup
- stripe payment error popup
And many other locations where there were no translations yet
"×" has been replaced by its UTF8 character.
Also introduced aria-label where missing.
Before this commit the close icon was included in translated resources.
For example, in Spanish the "×" had been turned into "&veces;"
thus not rendering an icon anymore
After this commit the close icon is not a translated text anymore and
remains an icon across all languages

Before this commit, once you install website_* module, the ir.actions.todo from
the installed module was overidded by the 'choose a theme' action.
Now, when we consume this ir_act_todo, we re-open the open_menu that contains
most of the time the expected next action from new module installed.
Since we can also install module from the '+ new' button, in frontend, we
considere that it first step of tour is to click on it, it is already done and
we skip it.
Install website_event
Before:
-> not redirected to /event (the ir.action.todo)
-> no tour, if you don't click manually on '+ new'
After:
-> you are redirected to /event
-> you can launch tour from '+ new' if you are already on the new panel,
start direclty to the second step 'create event'

If you don't install website_event_meet_quiz or website_event_meet_quiz,
the route will not have sitemap defined.
Now we force the sitemap to False by default.
And let the override choose the presence or not into the sitemap.
It will remove the warning, if your are running test only on website_event

There was a problem in the Transifex translations for Spanish and all
translations were overwritten by mistake with english defaults.
This commit reverts all modified es.po files to their previous version
while we work to restore the translations on Transifex.

Purpose of this commit is to speedup loading of event pages by using
is_view_active helper. It allows to know if a view (template) is active.
This is generally used for options in fontend templates.
Using is_view_active allows to use a cache, speeding up loading of pages
by removing unnecessary queries.

Currently event location is displayed on the right of timing / calendar
buttons. This feels a bit strange as it is a bit lost in the screen.
In this commit we simplify display by displaying: registration taken, then
location, then timing + buttons. This was already the look-and-feel in
mobile and is therefore simpler.

This commit is a series of hacks. The goal is to move the summernote
text tools to the editor panel for the website editor. All the code
to use the text tools in a top bar is kept (mass mailing, etc) and the
text tools are placed at the right place for website in an ugly way.
This is obviously temporary, until we can implement those text tools
more generically and in a better way thanks to the new editor.

This commit fixes a few wording and view issues, notably:
- Avoid breaking the talk description page when description is very long
- Modify all occurrences of "starts at" to "starts on" (better wording)
- Move the "hide sponsor" concept from _exhibitor to _track_online
To be able to hide the sponsors on the "registration confirmed" template
- Hide the sponsor block in "mobile" view (breakpoint md)
- Make some minor layout adjustments
