Currently, in small devices, hamburger menu of the cloned navbar
is not scrollable due to fixed position.
This commit improves the behavior and makes the affixed navbar
scrollable, enabling user to navigate through all the available
menus.

In this commit, we have changed behaviour of SEO dialog. Now when you
keep title and description fields empty, then the page will use default
title and description. We have added default_title and default_description
to render the preview with default values when title and description
fields are empty in SEO dialog.

Before this commit, In SEO dialog once you set the title and description,
it was not possible to reset title and description. The reason behind the
issue was, update method was taking title and description from DOM
instead of dialog inputs.
After this commit, you will be able to save empty strings in the title and
description. Once user will do this, the page will use default title.

The recent refactoring odoo/odoo@f296992 wrongly moved the ace editor
style from `web_editor` to `website`, even though ace is in `«eb_editor`.
The editor is also used in Studio (which does not depend on website) so
the style was missing in this case.

Currently, when we open the website on iPad, the navbar is not displayed
properly (systray items are overlapping on the website menu). This
commit fixes the issue by using '+' icon on the navbar top menus if
there is not ample space. This commit also converts multi company
selector with 'fa-building' and multi website selector with 'fa-globe'
icons on smaller screens.

The current style on "Active users: {number}" placed it 60 pixels over
were it should be, so this was:
- overlapping "Visits" title
- not sparing vertical size (since we use "position:relative")

While waiting for a larger fix of the themes, force prevent overriding
of the web editor's UI CSS by themes. This is achieved by applying
`!important` on all web editor UI CSS. This is a temporary fix until
the themes CSS is fixed and/or the new web editor library is ready.

Some valid facebook pages appear as broken by the preview although
they load perfectly fine afterward.
At facebook, an id is required to perform requests to their graphql
endpoints. The ID is part of the URL of the page, sometime (like Odoo)
the ID is the name of the page and sometime (like LACME France) it is
a generated 9-digits id shown in the URL after the name of the page.

It was impossible to open the website's edit mode as a user with
"restricted editor" permissions. The reason was that wysiwyg_multizone
was trying to manipulate data that is not injected into the html node
when `editable` is false (see `website.layout` template).

Following the new editor's merge at https://github.com/odoo/odoo/pull/29775,
the gutter in ACE Editor was broken. We were not able to resize and view
the line numbers anymore.

Since the bootstrap update that was merged with
https://github.com/odoo/odoo/commit/754ec4450832dceef83c3a0abb79401f2e7ec05d
the customize theme dialog was showing transparent colors for the
headings. This was because bootstrap changed the value of the related
variable from 'inherit' to 'null' to avoid an useless css rule if the
headings are supposed to have the same color as the body text.

Since the switch to jQuery 3, Odoo uses native promises in its JS. Some
mistakes were made in the website app during conversion from old jQuery
deferred to native promises.
- `this` -> `self` when wrapping in a promise
- `.always(fct)` -> `.then(fct).guardedCatch(fct)`
- a function returned sometimes a jQuery deferred, sometimes a native
promise. This made the caller fail when using `always` or fail
when using `guardedCatch`

became useless after forward-port in the new editor. Indeed, that
commit handled what happened with data-editor-message attributes on
save but as the new editor can discard changes without reloading the
page, the forward-port of that commit made the code handle the attribute
removal on editor *close*.

Issue: wysiwyg asset slow down the loading of the website, error

The assets are now loaded assynchroneously, when the editor is needed,
its assets will be loaded.

Scss tour was broken due to recent task that shows only 2 new custom scss
files if not in edit mode. As the tests was trying to read `website.ui.scss`
that is now in debug mode in a filter, it would not be found.
Html tour was broken due to new editor that changed the save process.
For some reason, after the drag & drop of a snippet, clicking fast on save
would not fire RPCs as it would not be considered as dirty.
(Editor would then close, you would still see the modifications even if nothing
was saved on DB)

Options and option sets can declare a data-depends attribute to specify
which options need to be enabled for them to be displayed. With this
commit, we allow specifying which options need to be *disabled* for the
same purpose (we can now do that by prefixing the options IDs with '!').

This commit's goal is to optimize the delay to make a scss customization
thanks to the website customize dialog. Before this commit, the JS code
took advantage of existing web_editor routes but this was far from
efficient as this was done:
1) PY: Load all scss files used in the page
2) JS: Find the one we want to customize and adapt the scss content
3) PY: Create the scss customization with the new content
(So two RPC (including one very slow) and content building in
javascript)
After this commit, this is done:
1) PY: Load the scss file being customized, adapt its content according
to the new values and save the customization
(So the whole logic is in python, requiring only one small RPC)
This commit also take the opportunity to review the web_editor ace
editor loading code (the logic is shared with website customizations).
