This rev. disables Popper.js 3d transformation for positioning
bootstrap dropdowns in navbar, as this transformation causes a
rendering issue on webkit-based browsers (the text in the dropdown
is blurry).
See https://github.com/twbs/bootstrap/issues/23590
Note that it has already been disabled for the other menu dropdowns
(user menu, debug menu) by rev. 5373db1.
Another solution would have been to override the default value in
our bootstrap.js extension file, but for dropdowns that aren't in
the navbar, the dynamic positionning could be interesting.

Some aria attributes were missing on menus, and are required to ensure a
good compatibility with keyboard users and screen readers.
To solve the above, the following attributes are included:
- `aria-expanded`: this should be present in all dropdown menus. This is
set on elements with class `dropdown-toggle` and `o_closed_menu`.
- `role`: used to improve given information about what elements are for.
It is added in the following cases:
1. Non-button elements that have the class `dropdown-menu` are set to
`role="button"`.
2. Menu items that have the class `dropdown-item` are set to
`role="menuitem"`.
3. Menu separators that have the class `dropdown-divider` are set to
`role="separator"`.

This menu mistakenly tells that there is a keyboard
shortcut to navigate in the app menu.

This reverts commit 05971d00509a0f5d25b425ac93ef0640af1caa97.
This menu makes sense in community, therefore we re-enable this
menu.

Revision on https://github.com/odoo/odoo/commit/19eacf7d23c9413de4430a3422b5ed74b37ef242
This menu item should not appear in the community version of Odoo.
The commit above mistakenly added this menu item, even though no
logic was implemented for it. This was a consequence of the copy
& paste approach to rapidly deploy the new navbar in community.
(Note: a big refactoring of the web client is coming very soon,
so this duplicated code issue should only be temporarily).
This commit fixes the issue by removing this menu item in the
community version.

This was necessary because the rendering was always determining
which app item should have the class 'active'.
This was an issue with the 'Click Everywhere Test': at the beginning
of the script, it gets the jQuery element that matches all nodes
`a.o_app` in the app menu. When an app item is clicked, it re-renders
the whole app menu, so that older referenced nodes are detached from
the DOM. As a result, clicking on them no longer works, because it
never triggers the MouseEvent `click .o_app`.
This commit fixes the issue by rendering the whole app menu once.
When an item in the app menu is clicked, it dynamically changes
the `active` app.

The navbar in community now looks more like the navbar in enterprise.
Here is a sum-up of the changes in community:
- The navbar in community is now in blue, instead of black.
- No more app list that almost fills the whole navbar: there is
now an "Apps Menu" in the left-most side of the navbar.
- No more sidebar for the menus inside an app: those menus are
now located in the middle part of the navbar.
The navbar in community does not support mobile (< 768px width),
but it should still somewhat usable on most mobile devices.
As for the website navbar, it has been unchanged and should still
support mobile layout.
