Avoid duplicating web addon in enterprise by extracting a common basis.
Enterprise features stay in enterprise, but use that common basis.
Mainly:
- JS refactoring and linting
- Conversion of .sass into .less split into multiple files
- Templates cleaning and DOM simplification
- Re-generation of web.pot, and update of .po files

In 9.0's 05adb7f the `<div class="address_format"/>` wrapping an address
city, state_id and zip fields was removed.
There is a hack on fields_view_get which transform this block depending
on the company country, so without the block the feature isn't enabled.
This commit adds a class on the new block `<div class="address_format"/>`
used to wrap the whole address which will change the sizing of the city,
state_id and zip fields as it was before version 9.
To fully follow what was done previously, the zip is aldo moved before
the city if the address format needs it.
Thus we now have as before the three format as follows:

city state zip
[format .o_city_state (brazil)]
city state
zip
[format .o_zip_city (belgium, netherlands, ...)]
zip city
state
Another change is brought by this commit, before most element attributes
from city, state_id and zip fields were lost whilst doing the hack, now
they are all kept.

The default comportement of tags has been changed. The default color is now visible on kanban.
The 10th color is now invisible.

The settings views are now using radio buttons which are using labels.
These were set to bold by bootstrap. Now force font-weight normal for
labels which are not labels inside an oe_form_group_cell_label (field
main label).

If there is no field 'color' on tag model, the colorpicker should not be displayed.

LESS rules (enterprise compatibility) :
* .oe_avatar is float:left by default
* .oe_title is placed between oe_avatar/oe_button_box if any
without the need to make it float

Elements in a .o_row are displayed like if they are .oe_inline
elements but div elements also needed to be inline-blocks elements
and to have space between them.

Remove the style defined on oe_button as it overrides bootstrap rules like
btn-primary, btn-default...

Before this rev., lighter columns seemed larger than the other ones as
their background-color is the same as the webclient background-color.
This rev. removes the gaps between columns (margin is replaced by padding).

Buttons that are not stat buttons couldn't use font-awesome icons, as it
automatically fallbacked on the icons in /web/static/src/img/icons. This was
the case for several templates where the icon thus couldn't be found as it was
looking for a font-awesome icon in the icons folder (e.g. fa-cog.png).
Also cleans some unused less rules defined on the stat buttons in
enterprise_compatibility.less

With selectors here and there to make it work with the community
webclient, the enterprise webclient and the website without duplicating
the module.

Adapt the Favorites menu so that addons appending stuff in it are compliant with
the enterprise edition.
Mainly, creation of dashboard.less from of dashboard.sass so that we can use mixins
defined in the web addon.
Some changes as well in the dashboard view to make it compliant with the enterprise
edition.
Use correct naming convention: classnames with underscores, less mixins with hyphens.

In edit mode, if this field is readonly and empty, its main div has
height 0 but its border is displayed. This rev. simply hides the field
in this case.

This rev. generalizes the notions of FieldOne2Many to FieldX2Many and of One2ManyViewManager
to X2ManyViewManager. The same logic is now applied both for One2Many and Many2Many fields.
This allows Many2Many list and kanban views to have a pager, as the pager is instanciated
by the view, on demand of the ViewManager.

Apply the same style to many2many form_field as for one2many ones.
Make the sales_team cards for team members clickable.
Add "position: relative" to sales_team cards for the cross to be correctly
positionned. Inline style is not the right way to do it, but for the sake
of consistency, it is ok. A better commit should come to remove this inline
style from all x2many kanban templates.

Adapt web_tests to the new many2manytag included in the tour widget_x2many

common for community/enterprise
