When the user visited a view for the second time, the extra actions in the sidebar
were broken. The reason is that the sidebar code modified in place the
fields_view information.
Note: This was not a problem before, because the field_view_get call was done each
time the view was loaded, but now it is cached.

The UserMenu widget needs the user name, but it is available in the
session informations.
|

session_instance.js moved from framework/ to services/ and renamed into
session.js, which required to change the bundles in report and web_editor
addons.

management
1. Rename "Progress (%)" into "Working Time Recorded"
2. Remove tooltip.
3. It should always indicate the exact percentage :
a. if 2 hours planned and 2 hours consumed = 100%
b. if 2 hours planned and 3 hours consumed= 150%
c. in both cases the progression bar should simply stay full.
4. Consider sub task hours

Avoid duplicating web addon in enterprise by extracting a common basis.
Enterprise features stay in enterprise, but use that common basis.
Mainly:
- JS refactoring and linting
- Conversion of .sass into .less split into multiple files
- Templates cleaning and DOM simplification
- Re-generation of web.pot, and update of .po files

Close #11584

Following commit 8276fb585, the data exported should match the data
displayed on the list view. Therefore, we need to make sure that the
context used match the context of the list view.
When a filter is applied in the list view, the context is evaluated
thanks to pyeval (see the call to `/web/dataset/search_read`). The fix
is to evaluate the context in a similar way.

This is a rather large change for developers: from this commit on, we
need to use debug=assets instead of just debug to split assets.
The About menu has been slightly improved as well (the link does not
appear when we are already in debug mode), and an option has been added
in the debugging menu to activate the assets debugging mode.

By setting the information returned by read_companies on the session
information, we are able to remove the rpc call and the willStart
method definition
Also: Set a debounce on SwitchCompany widget to avoid multiple RPC
|
|
If the RPC fails, the deferred is never resolved nor rejected,
so the deferred given by willStart will stay in a 'pending' state
As the deferred is expected to be resolved or rejected to launch the
systray to continue, we have to catch this case too.

If the user has multicompany rights and more than one allowed
companies, the full company name is displayed in the topbar. When you
click on it, there is a dropdown with the name of the other companies.
Clicking on another company name makes you switch on it and reload the page

The action "Technical Translations" was not retrieving the correct translations.
Since 9.0, the translations names no longer contains the name of the model (in
the form "field:<model>,<name>") but are records on ir.model.fields (in the form
"model:ir.model.fields,field_description:<model>_<name>").
The translations of type selection are style a different type (type 'selection').
Create a method that will find the linked fields and retrieve the correct
translations.

Merge appswitcher navbar and app navbar.
Merge planner menu and user menu.
|
|
1. To change the page title, you now have to call
`set_title` from `require('web.web_client')`
2. Without the `type="button"`, the `Change Password`
button is regarded as a `type="submit"`, therefore
submitting the form, on `web` on click,
and `web` doesn't expect this POST request.
The POST request must be done on
`/web/session/change_password` only.

The issue occurs for example in the Sale dashboard, when the user
changes the target amount. If the user changes the value, then directly
clicks outside of the field, the method on_change_input will be called
twice: the first time because of the event 'change input', the second
time because of the event 'blur input'. This makes an unnecessary write,
which can cause an error due to concurrent access.
This prevents the execution of the write related to the event 'change
input' in this case. If the user changes the value but clicks on
'Enter', the focus is still on the field so the update is done
correctly.

Fixes #8867
Closes #8905
|

The template had been previously dropped by mistake.
+ the validation buttons were not correctly handled and so changing
his password was not possible (these buttons must be in the modal
footer).

On webclient, on 'Attachment(s)' dropdown (form view) when clicking on an attachment to download it, a request is sent to /web/content/ with a param 't' containing the current date. This param wasn't used neither before the new controller, but the old one accept additional kwargs. The new controller crashes, and since the t parameter is not used, removing it seems better.

(backport of enterprise version)
* JS/XML refactoring
* Allow user to override default options for the picker
|
|
* 'Help' has now its own dropdown, directly accessible in the systray, instead of being hidden in the Administrator dropdown
* 'About' has been moved there also
* We can access the planner through this dropdown, even if the planner is hidden (complete)

The enterprise web client had to be modified to fix a crash. This crash
does not occur in the community web client, but this commit makes sure
that the semantics of the notification manager is the same as the
enterprise version, to prevent future problems.

The problem of $el.show()/hide() is that calling show() on a jQuery element on which
there is no display rule in the stylesheet automatically sets 'display: block'.
However, when a jQuery element is not yet in the DOM, the rules defined on it are not yet
applied, meaning that calling show() will set its display to block (in inline style),
even if there is different a css rule (e.g. 'dislay: flex'). As the inline style takes the
priority over the stylesheet, the correct display won't be applied, even when the widget
will be appended in the DOM, resulting in a possibly broken layout.

Pager's state can now be edited (mainly to change the limit,
but the range of values as well).

This pager is used by the kanban view. It could be used by the list

edition)

The datetime widget use the "keypress" event to detect if it has been
changed. Unfortunately, some keys, such as backspace, do not fire a
keypress event. This commit listen instead on the 'change' event, which
should fire when the input has changed.
