This commit introduce a full redesign of all JS views. We started
basically from scratch. The goal was to unify all the various views
under a common framework, to make them testable, to make then usable in
different conditions (in studio, or in the frontend), and to make our
lives easier.
Some important points are:
- we introduced new coding guidelines (camelCase, 80 chars width, ...)
- we have a brand new testing framework (still QUnit based)
- kanban view moved to the web addon
- calendar view (formerly web_calender) moved to web as well
- the tree view was removed
- all new code should be documented
We hope that this code is the start of a new era for the Odoo web
client, we want to have a high quality codebase, well documented, well
tested, well designed.
Work done by the framework team: mostly aab, ged, chm, dmo, qsm

We could get an js error if the chart contained zero values.

Simplifies the left margin calculation logic with a pre-defined width.
In practice, more use cases should be taken into account, and that could
just make the logic overkill.

In graph view, the y-axis always uses the standard float precision with
2 digits. This might not be enough if the precision was defined
differently for a given float type.

When there are too many labels to display on the x-axis, they overlap
and it simply becomes unreadable. By slightly rotating them, this can be
avoided in most cases.

Since commit 86252428846607cd5f4b18c, the graph view crashed when
displaying a line chart with only one record. The reason is that the
method display_line can return undefined (if no line chart can be
displayed). In that case, there is no reasy to try to display its
tooltip.
This commit simply protect against the case where it is undefined.

If the graph view was left while a nvtooltip was shown (thanks to
keyboard shortcuts or during loading time), the nvtooltip remained
and was only destroyed when leaving the action.
Now they are automatically removed with the view as they are now
placed inside of them instead of inside the body element.

I assume the problem was introduced by a forward port. But whatever the case, we
should not ever use the variable 'openerp' in jsland.

The left margin of the graph doesn't take into account the width of the
maximum Y-axis value. In case the values are high (> 10^7), they are
cropped.
The fix is to adapt the left margin as a function of the size of the
maximum value.

In case of a line graph, the values of the Y axis are not formatted as
numbers, although they are on the bar graph.

Avoid duplicating web addon in enterprise by extracting a common basis.
Enterprise features stay in enterprise, but use that common basis.
Mainly:
- JS refactoring and linting
- Conversion of .sass into .less split into multiple files
- Templates cleaning and DOM simplification
- Re-generation of web.pot, and update of .po files

For some reason, it was lost. Probably in the graph view/pivot view split.
This commit simply accepts the attribute, but default to true, so nothing
changes unless you have explicitely set it to false.
Also, fixes en error introduced by a forward port (the use of
openerp.web.format_value)

The legend of the graph when there was too much items in it could
prevent user to see a part or even the whole graph.
On non-mobile device, move the Pie Chart legend to the right, thus if it
overflows the char is still visible and we can toggle the seen top
legend item.
Otherway, the legend on top is hidden when :
- there is more than 25 legend items and the device has width < 768
- there is more than 50 legend items and the device has 768 <= width < 992
- there is more than 75 legend items and the device has 992 <= width < 1200
- there is more than 100 legend items and the device has 1200 <= width
Since this is based only on the number of legend items but legend items
could have variable name lengths, there will still be edge case where
the legend obstruct the graphical data display.
In this situation the current way to cope with this further filter the
displayed data.

This commit was necessary to fix weird problems in 9.0-nightly.
Phantomjs and the old nvd3 implementations did not play well together.
* transitionDuration() replaced by duration()
* tooltips() & tooltipContent replaced by tooltip.enable and tooltip.contentGenerator
* remove useless less for tooltip
Thanks to mge for his help

The module system needs to know the dependencies of a given module
before executing the function. This is why the dependencies were
defined once in an array, and then were described one more times in the
call to require.
But a trick can simplify this: the boot function can parse the string
representation of the module and extract the calls to require from it.
It is more work for the processor, but it leads to simpler module
definitions.

This commit introduces a new module system for the javascript code.
Instead of using global (namespaced) variables everywhere (like
openerp.web.whatever, ...), each file declare one (or more) module
with its dependencies. Each module will be loaded after its
dependencies, and will be given a reference to the return values.
This change is a massive departure from the way the client worked
previously. It will sadly break some/most history, but I am sure that
the future git ecosystem will allow you to easily browse the history
past this revision (one can dream).
This commit feature:
* main namespace is now odoo instead of openerp
* a way to define modules and dependencies (inspired by requirejs)
* many files have been splitted in simpler subfiles
* basic support for debugging in odoo.__DEBUG__
* no global variable (i.e. nothing in window.openerp)
* many bug fixes, many new bugs
Future vision: this modularization should simplify future code
development, simplify debugging and will allow a serious testing effort
