This commit introduces a new module system for the javascript code.
Instead of using global (namespaced) variables everywhere (like
openerp.web.whatever, ...), each file declare one (or more) module
with its dependencies. Each module will be loaded after its
dependencies, and will be given a reference to the return values.
This change is a massive departure from the way the client worked
previously. It will sadly break some/most history, but I am sure that
the future git ecosystem will allow you to easily browse the history
past this revision (one can dream).
This commit feature:
* main namespace is now odoo instead of openerp
* a way to define modules and dependencies (inspired by requirejs)
* many files have been splitted in simpler subfiles
* basic support for debugging in odoo.__DEBUG__
* no global variable (i.e. nothing in window.openerp)
* many bug fixes, many new bugs
Future vision: this modularization should simplify future code
development, simplify debugging and will allow a serious testing effort

When having several databases in the login form (not monodb mode),
when switching from one database to another,
if the company logo was different,
the company logo could be the logo of the database you came from.

During the refactoring of the web client, the self.$el has been changed
from .openerp to body, so the notification was no more into the .openerp container.
Custom css (eg .highlight) was no more applicated.

Debian does not allow fetching data from external website at runtime.
This fixes the privacy-breach-generic lintian warnings for Debian packaging.
The removed youtube url was a dead link...

Add default value because top menu 'Website' from backend don't have a data menu-parent, and toString from undefined displays a traceback.

Unify and refactor exception handling in framework and addons.
The generic `except_osv` is now deprecated, and replaced by more specialized exception subtypes:
- `UserError` (renamed from Warning, as it conflicts with the built-in `Warning`) raised when a non-technical error occurs during a business operation. It could be a missing information in the data provided by the user, or a misconfiguration.
- `AccessError`: raised when any operation is denied because the user conducting it does not have the required access rights.
- `AccessDenied`: raised when an operation that requires authenticated access is attempted via an unauthenticated request.
- `MissingError`: raised when an operation is attempted on a record that does not exist.
- `ValidationError`: raised when an operation violates a SQL or Python constraint.
- All other exceptions are internal errors due to a system problem or bug, and raised untouched to the client-side, which should display a traceback.
All exceptions take a single message argument.
The `test_exceptions` module has been updated to showcase both new and old (deprecated) exceptions.
A great many old `except_osv` had a useless title with "Error!" or "Warning", those have been removed, as this is handled by the client-side widget that displays the messages.
This commit introduces a more consistent policy for logging errors and warnings:
- All messages that do not require administrator attention should be logged at INFO level or lower. This includes all errors that are notified to the user in a friendly manner, even for access right problems or validation errors during business operations.
- All messages that indicate a likely misconfiguration or malicious use by the users should be logged at WARNING level, as they typically require administrator attention.
- All other unhandled internal errors cannot typically be handled by the user and should be logged at ERROR or higher level, as they require immediate administrator attention.

(oe_systray)
* Only trigger a menu reflow when needed (show/hide planner)
* Do not include webclient and menu; use webclient reference
(Courtesy of sle-odoo)
Also, change the way to switch planner page. Switching keep now the URL fragment of the webclient, and don't use collapse bootstrap class. Fix url builder server side.

- Add a new SystrayMenu widget to improve and facilitate the way
of adding widgets in .oe_systray
- Rendering of the modules menu now waits for the systray and
user menus to be rendered
- A few refactoring of the UserMenu and Menu widgets

In multi company environment, the company logo was not updated on company change in the user preferences
This disrupted the end user, as he might think the company change did not happen.
|
|
This is a small change if measured in lines of code, but is a large
change: it removes the table structure from the web client and use divs
instead. It will likely break a lot of things (some css selectors
will not work), but it should simplify our lives in the future:
closer to being responsive, easier layout computations for the browsers
(and hopefully less discrepencies between the results), simpler html, ...

there is a previous dialog only if isDestroyed returns False
|
|
Instead of just hidding it
Otherwise, when opening a new dialog, it is considered that there is a previous opened dialog, and this can lead to refresh the record which opened the hidden/previous dialog

[FIX] web: do not try to close a destroyed dialog. trigger "closing" signal on close by top-right "X" button

[IMP] web: better display of redirection warnings ('Go to Config' or Cancel, like other

tooltip stuck visible should be removed on click + remove tooltip container except for modal in order to prevent them for staying visible in some rare occasion
|
|
|
|
|
|
move call trigger('closing') after the modal('hide') call to prevent element being destroyed before we could do that call leaving a backdrop visible
|
|
Due to the switch to Bootstrap 3.2 in this version, tooltip auto placement works erroneously (see https://github.com/twbs/bootstrap/issues/13897).
This is a workaround, waiting for a fix in Bootstrap assets.

If an action unlink the current records (e.g. unreconcile on account.move.reconcile), trigger history_back to avoid errors when trying to reload inexistant record (opw 607883)
This is a partial backport of saas-4 code (rev c0db6ae, 162ad1c) and should not be forward ported.

A squashed merge is required as the conversion of the apiculture branch from
bzr to git was not correctly done. The git history contains irrelevant blobs
and commits. This branch brings a lot of changes and fixes, too many to list
exhaustively.
- New orm api, objects are now used instead of ids
- Environements to encapsulates cr uid context while maintaining backward compatibility
- Field compute attribute is a new object oriented way to define function fields
- Shared browse record cache
- New onchange protocol
- Optional copy flag on fields
- Documentation update
- Dead code cleanup
- Lots of fixes
