Updating a completed survey will raise an error with a traceback.
To reproduce the error:
(Use demo data)
1. Survey > Participations
2. Select a completed form
3. Change one answer, Save
Error: A traceback appears "[...] ValueError: Computing score requires a
question in arguments."
Here is an extract from the method concerned:
```python
@api.model
def _get_answer_score_values(self, vals, compute_speed_score=True):
"""
[...]
"""
user_input_id = vals.get('user_input_id')
answer_type = vals.get('answer_type')
question_id = vals.get('question_id')
if not question_id:
raise ValueError(_('Computing score requires a question in
arguments.'))
```
This method needs some information to work properly.

`_(xyz)` will wrap them in an underscore.js object, which when used in
a string context will just return the string. So it's basically a
no-op, but it certainly doesn't translate the terms.

Purpose
=======
Some computed stored editable fields are computed in the same method.
In that case, when one of the value is provided in a create / write call,
the computed method is not called and other fields computed in the same
method do not have the right value.

Steps to follow to reproduce the bug:
-Go to survey
-Choose any survey with at least one "single text box" question
-In the survey form
-Click on the button test
-Complete the survey, but in a "single text box" question, write the word "comment"
-Validate the survey
-An error is triggered.
Problem :
In the function which extracts comments from answers, it doesn't check the type in which the answer is stored.
When there is a comment, it is stored in a dict under the key: "comment".
To find the comment, the function checks if "comment"(key) is in the answer.
But in the case of "single text box" question, the answer is stored in a string.
If the word "comment" is present in the answer, the function looking for the key "comment" will return True and try to extract the comment.
Solution :
Add a check to ensure that we are looking for the key "comment" in dict type.

Before when there were long labels, this was leading to an overlapping
of the text.
Now, we display the whole label but in multiline with a maximum number of
characters per line depending on the number of columns.
The font size will also be compute depending of the number of characters
per line and with the length of the longest word in the labels.

TheSecretRegular font license is not clear and moreover, does not
support accented characters.
With this commit, the font is replaced by one under the SIL Open Font
License.

stock.picking
What are the steps to reproduce your issue?
1. Install "stock"
2. Go to Inventory/Inventory Overview/Internal Transfer
3. Create new record and set manually a date with year < 1000 like "0008-10-10 18:35:00"
4. Save
What is currently happening?
An error arises when saving the record, and it is then no longer
possible to reopen the records or any view containing it.
This also prevents us from correcting the date to no longer have the error
Why is this happening?
The root cause is an inconsistency in `strftime` for years < 1000 [1, 2]. To take it into
account, a zero-padding is needed in the DateTime parser.
How to fix the bug?
The missing padding is added.
However, such dates lead to problematic behaviors in Python:
```
DT_FORMAT = "%Y-%m-%d %H:%M:%S"
new_date = "0008-02-05 18:10:10"
datetime.strptime(
datetime.strptime(
new_date, DT_FORMAT
).strftime(DT_FORMAT),
DT_FORMAT
)
```
This raises:
```
ValueError: time data '8-02-05 18:10:10' does not match format '%Y-%m-%d %H:%M:%S'
```
As of today there was no reported business cases where dates with year < 1000 would be
necessary. Therefore, we limit the range to years >= 1000.

steps to reproduce:
- start a certification with time limit
- close it and go to it back after time limit +10 seconds is passed
=> an "There was an error during the validation of the survey." appear
that prevent to finish the survey or do it a second time until the
ongoing survey.user_input of the user is deleted.
This was done to prevent people from cheating by answering after the
time limit end. With this changeset, when we go back to the survey after
its end, we will finish it without saving the answers.

Same change in several areas where translations existed:
- website editor notification popup
- elearning share popup
- forum remediation filter popup
- event registration attendees popup
- portal rating popup
- stripe payment error popup
And many other locations where there were no translations yet
"×" has been replaced by its UTF8 character.
Also introduced aria-label where missing.
Before this commit the close icon was included in translated resources.
For example, in Spanish the "×" had been turned into "&veces;"
thus not rendering an icon anymore
After this commit the close icon is not a translated text anymore and
remains an icon across all languages

The open_action_with_context was not using _for_xml_id, producing an
error when reading the action content.
In open_action, the action_name was taken from the context and needs
sanity checks. Ensure only actions from the account module can be
read and only if the user has access to the target model.
This is a limitation of the previous behaviour but, at the moment, all
known calls are made refering to an action from the account module.
Limit the scope of this method while the 14.0 is still early to avoid
having a door open to ready any action, and difficult to close later.
Remove old action fetching from the context in create_move that is no
longer used.

As xlwt is now in Debian buster, the overide is removed.
The linked fonts in Debian package are now removed in one line to

There was a problem in the Transifex translations for Spanish and all
translations were overwritten by mistake with english defaults.
This commit reverts all modified es.po files to their previous version
while we work to restore the translations on Transifex.

Before this commit, the graph y scale in the survey manager screen was based on
the attendees count. But is some attendees do not answer the question, the bars
never reach the maximum height of the graph, and bars can stay really small.
Example: 10 attendees - 4 answers - A: 1 / B: 1 / C: 2
10 |
|
|
| |
0 |_|__|__|_
A B C
After this commit, the max height of the graph is not set on the graph. So the
chart lib will handle itself the height and will adapt automatically the bars
height in function of the data given to the graph. Bars will always take full
height space, relatively to the count of the most voted answer.
Example: 10 attendees - 4 answers - A: 1 / B: 1 / C: 2
2 | |

Before this commit, when sharing a survey 'Login required' to a non logged in
user, the redirection was made to the home page.
The reason is: when the survey is not started yet, no user input is already
created for this survey and this user. So if no user_input has been created,
yet, that means that the user has never started the survey before and user
need first to login before continuing.
After this commit, we redirect to the loggin page.

on the bus, an error message is shown to user when this is not the case.
The user should close all other tabs on the same hostname before taking
