Purpose
=======
Even if the routes are correctly updated and the existing data is
correctly updated, the emails that were already sent to the customers
will be problematic, as we will provide a value which is not handled
anymore (10 for example).
To provide a retrocompatibility, deprecated the old route and
introduce a new one.

- Rename the 'Use Rating on Project' feature into 'Customer Ratings'
- Rename the 'Set Email Template to Stages' link to 'Set a Rating Email Template on Stages'
- Add an optional list view for the Stages menu
- display warning if the rating_template_id field is set and if one of the selected project_ids doesn't have the rating_status field set to true
- Project form view revamp
- rename the '% on tasks' stat button into 'Customer Satisfaction'
- Remove the 'no option' for the rating frequency field because it is required

If there isn't any customer set on the task, the current behavior
will display 'Hello False,' in salutation rating email as intro.
This commit will fix it by display only 'Hello,' if there isn't
any customer set.

RATIONALE
Mail template model holds a field telling odoo mail engine to automatically
add the current user's signature to the body. Its use depends on the use
case
* using the template in the composer on a single record: it is displayed
in the rendered template in the composer, meaning people could change it.
This behavior is interesting as it allows to see the email content;
* using the template in the composer in mass mail mode: it is not displayed
as only the raw jinja is displayed. It is therefore not obvious that it
will be appended to the body of the mail. People could add it manually and
have 2 signatures as a result;
A mechanism automatically adding a signature to sent emails when posting a
message is already implemented and is based on template existence. If a
template has been used when posting, no signature is added in sent emails.
Otherwise it is automatically added. This behavior should not change.
Behavior will therefore be
* use a template -> specify signature usage in it manually through jinja;
* do not use a template -> signature added in sent emails;
SPECIFICATIONS
Remove user_signature.
Update template body accordingly. In customer oriented templates that are using
it and do not already contain it, manually add a call to user.signature within
the jinja code. When set to False, just remove its declaration.
Quickly clean some signature integration.

Before this commit, when user land after clicking on the smiley in the
e-mail for rating, user cannot change its rating. Its click limits the
available choice.
Now users will be able to choose rating and write feedback before submitting
its rating.

Purpose: use more email_formatted when possible, clean and simplify
email_from, email_to and partner_to computation.
Next step is to try to extract some common patterns in tools or methods in
order to simplify template creation and customization.

Removed current onboarding mail which was send when module was installed.
It is considered as not necessary now that we have a digest module sending
KPIs and tips by email.

Today, Odoo is really tricky to use without seeing the screen, it must be improved to be usable.
This PR forbid to use labels without a "for" attribute, add some title, rule and aria attributes in HTML. With that, Odoo will be fully usable with a screen reader.

Purpose of this commit is to enhance quality of templates proposed by Odoo
and make them use notification layout when send by emails. Those emails
are cleaner and more up to date compared to other emails.
Including
* reception acknowledgment template is moved from demo to data to ensure
people have a template to copy and use for their stages;
* improve layout of rating request template;
* use notification layout when sending template-based emails;
* rename the admin spam template so that templates are correctly ordered
when viewing them in list;

Impacted modules: project, rating_project,
sale_service_rating and website_rating_project.
Removed modules: rating_project and sale_service_rating.
Move code to empty 'rating_project' module, in order
to kill it.
Code is not modified, simply copy/paste at the right
place in 'project' module code.
However, 'enable rating on task' options is convert
into a res.groups that can be activated from the
project settings.

User tests have been made by the Product Owners team. It showed that the planners are not used by new users on Odoo due to several reasons (They are too static, too heavy to use,...)

changed the odoo interface violet by changing the main LESS variable
but forgot there was many direct occurences in XML/HTML/... (for
example for the mobile browser color).
Even if it's community the odoo interface violet is used at many places
(module description, XML demo data, ...).

As we will soon improve the sanitizer we will be able to sanitize email
templates body. However this implies some cleaning in the templates to
be sure mako is not considered as invalid html / xml and therefore removed
from the template body.
