FontAwesome 5 introduced new names for some icons as described on
https://fontawesome.com/how-to-use/on-the-web/setup/upgrading-from-version-4#name-changes
This commit replaces the old names to the new ones.

WHen you are creating a draft order, the sequence is not saved on the
server, and when we load the orders from the server the session id is
not correct too.
This leads to having inconsistant sequence numbers in the POS, almost
when we are synchronizing orders through the pos restaurant.
We now show the orders sequence number prefixed by login number when the
order is synchronized and don't have the same login number as current.

When you are in a pos session, and have installed pos_restaurant, you
get the number of guest ('1') printed on the ticket even if you are not
in a session of type restaurant.
So we are now checking that you have a table (which mean you are in a
pos session of type restaurant) to show the guest number.

Receipt are now printed as JPGs so receipts need to be formatted as
classic HTML to be rendered as images by Wkhtmltoimage.
There were two versions of the receipt for an order. The one in XML,
to be printed, and the one in HTML, that was displayed in the POS.
Since both of them are now HTML, we can remove one of them.

The table edition feature of pos_restaurant was using an old lib
that was never updated to newer versions of jQuery by its author.
For unknown reason, this library went unnoticed when we updated our
codebase to jQuery 3.
Since this library is impossible to update per se, I decided to
remove it entirely and replace it by calls to jQuery.ui.
However, the point of this lib was to handle touch events, which
jQuery.ui does not. For this, this commit introduces a new
library which translates touch events to their click counterparts.

Description of the issue/feature this PR addresses:
Accessibility improvements forbids the use of the syntax
`<i class="fa fa-check"/> Some text`
to create a labelled icon. But, by this, some fonts are changed.
Desired behavior after PR is merged:
The old syntax can be used.

Today, Odoo is really tricky to use without seeing the screen, it must be improved to be usable.
This PR forbid to use labels without a "for" attribute, add some title, rule and aria attributes in HTML. With that, Odoo will be fully usable with a screen reader.

- Current pos restaurant with offline mode, when you delete the table from
floor screen, it would stop everything (you won't be able to create an order
further) untill your server start again, that is not good indeed.
Instead we should show the error popup, just like you will get when you click
on '+' for adding a new table on offline mode.
- Slightly improve the other relevant warning messages.
- Only pos managers can edit the floor screen.
Before this pos user were allowed to access the edit button (pencil
icon on floor screen), but they could never update the table detail
as lack of permission so in this we have prohibited the pos user
from accessing an edit button(pencil icon).

Before this the table edit handles where quite small. This was no
problem when editing a floor layout with a mouse or perhaps with a
stylus on a touchscreen. It was however very difficult to do with your
finger on a touchscreen.
This increases the size of the handles by a factor of 3. To make room
for this the 4 handles on the sides (non-corner ones) have been removed
on square tables since you can technically do any operation you want
with just the corner handles. The only functionality we lose is resizing
a table while constraining it's width/height, but if such fine grained
control is needed then the tables can still be edited in the backend.

Before this the only thing that would ever be printed was 'Guests: ',
because it was only added when receipt.customer_count evaluated to
false. Another issue is that receipt.customer_count doesn't exist in the
point_of_sale module. It is created by pos_restaurant, so there's where
it should be added to the receipt.

On square tables we graphically display how many people are currently on
the table by making part of the table on the floor screen darker. On
round tables we didn't do this.
