### Goal of the PR
This PR is in the continuity of odoo#62360.
### Details
- Display remaining hours in task sales_line_id (name_get + task form view)
- Remove internal reference from services demo data
- Display sol in project timesheets list if project is billable
- Remove use of non_allow_billable in timesheets as it has been removed from project and task in previous PR (see above)
- Only recompute planned_hours for service product
- Determine the correct SOL for timesheet
- Set the last SOL of customer on timesheet if none is set on task or project
- Allow edition of so_line in timesheet
- Restrict SOL on project to sale lines with a service product
- Use same widget on partner_id many2One than in sale.order (using ranking)
- Remove timesheets table in SO and invoice portal.They were added in previous PR (see above). This introduces the use of links to /my/timesheets/.
- Review portal timesheets (my/timesheets/ and link from orders and invoices)
- Activate group_uom "Units of Measure" on sale_timesheet install
- Hide partner phone number in task form view
- Only determine SOL of task and timesheet if allow_billable=True
- Filter SOL in task so that it matches the SOL of the project SO
- Display red label if remaining hours is negative
- Change SO compute behavior
- Only open SO for salesman on project overview

This commit improves the portal view containing the timesheets list
(this view is available in the '/my/timesheets' route.
In sale_timesheet module, we
* add new group by and a search on SOL,
* add an SOL field on the left of the unit_amount one,
* change the group by by default, to group the timesheets by SOL
* display the following information in the group: 'x Hours ordered, x
Remaining', when the timesheets are grouped by SOL. However, the 'x
Remaining' part should only be visible if the number of timesheets is
greater than 0.
* move the total number of hours in the group itself and align it to
the right.
* change the number of items displayed per page, 100 items instead of
20.
* reduce the size of the font in tbody tag (0.8rem instead of
0.875rem)
* display the content of the field on hover, it's usefull when the
field it's cropped.
* Add 'View Timesheets' button in portal SO: this new button button
called 'View timesheets' is displayed next the name of the product of
a SO in Sale Order Portal. it is only visible if the number of
timehseets is greater than 0 for this SOL. The button redirects the user
to /my/timesheets page with a filter on the corresponding SOL + a group
by SOL.

Before this commit the fields project_id and task_id on
account.analytic.line were sharing the same compute method which was not
triggered when one of those fields were changed.
Here the fields get their very own compute method.

When saving, a read is called. By default, read has
bin_size to true to avoid performances issues.

There was a problem in the Transifex translations for Spanish and all
translations were overwritten by mistake with english defaults.
This commit reverts all modified es.po files to their previous version
while we work to restore the translations on Transifex.

This change allows uninstallation of hr_timesheet from the configuration of
Project.
Previously, attempting to disable the Timesheets feature from the configuration
of Project resulted in a user error that requested the user to first remove
tasks in projects that were linked to analytic accounts. This was caused by the
removal of demo data during the uninstallation of hr_timesheet, which attempted
to unlink analytic accounts before unlinking the projects that were referencing
those accounts. The order in which demo data are removed during uninstallation
of a module is currently not fixed. This change avoids the problem by instead
removing the explicit creation of analytic accounts as demo data.
Furthermore, hr_timesheet would be immediately re-installed upon uninstallation
through project_timesheet_synchro and project_timesheet_holidays. Disabling
those modules along with hr_timesheet fixes this.

This change ensures that when the user activates optional features of the
project app, they are enabled in existing projects as well as newly created
projects automatically, which is likely what the user expects.
For most optional features, this behavior was already in place. It was not in
place yet for the sub-tasks and timesheets features, which this change fixes.
Two added tests check the behavior described above for features that are
activated through a `group_*` field on `res.config.settings` (sub-tasks,
recurring tasks and ratings). The tests do not cover features that are
activated through a `module_*` field, as such fields require the installation
of further modules and we cannot simulate this.

Steps to reproduce the bug:
- Set the timezone of the user to Australia/Melbourne
- Set the country of the company to Australia
- Set the time of the system to 20:00 UTC
- Have Project and Sales installed
- Enable Timesheet and Timesheet Timer on project (A)
- Create a task in project (A)
- Click Start and then Stop
- Confirm the wizard
Bug:
The date of the new timesheet line is set to yesterday.

In Timesheets module, in Configuration => Settings, when clicking on "Download on the App Store" or "Get it on Google Play",
a popup is displayed with a QR code.
This QR code is composed of an url with some strange data before it:
- 002
- 1
- <the url>
This commit removes datas that are before the url so only the url is displayed.

Issue
- Install 'hr_timesheet' module
- Go to any employee and click on stat button 'Timesheets'
- Create timesheet
- Remove employee from filter then add it back
No timesheets displayed for current employee.
Cause
There is no "employee_id" in list view. However, 'timesheet_view_tree_user'
view (who inherit from concerned list view) does have an "employee_id" field
but the mode is "primary" and therefore not available for the main view.
Solution
Add "employee_id" in main list view and alter inherited view to
update attributes of "employee_id" field.

Currently, method _apply_timesheet_label will add label on field
unit_amount with widget timesheet_uom but the widget on this
field is changed in another module as timesheet_uom_timer so it will
not work when that module is installed.
So in this method pass the view_type as argument so it can be easily
override in another module based on view_type.
