If you set the type (cost_subtype_id) of a new contract
(fleet.vehicle.log.contract) before setting vehicle_id you got an error:
name = record.cost_subtype_id.name + ' ' + name
TypeError: can only concatenate str (not "bool") to str
because vehicle name was False.

Observed Behavior:
Open Vehicles > Contracts and going to use the filter,
there are two filters with the same name 'Archived'
This commit solves this issue and we have only one filter named 'Archived'

WHY: the same reason as in 93a7695f65baf00d1f82481d6a2a97e6c11940a8:
When saving, a read is called. By default, read has
bin_size to true to avoid performances issues.
It will return the image size instead of the content
it may lead to image dissapearing or "Incorrect padding" error

Currently, Failing at base/models/res_partner.py#L535
We write on the partner because of the related `plan_to_change_car`
When Assign driver linked to internal user without admin rights
it gives an error in security rules due to write on partner.
So while creating the vehicle when driver is assigned pop the value
for related field plan_to_change_car and rewrite the same with sudo.

There was a problem in the Transifex translations for Spanish and all
translations were overwritten by mistake with english defaults.
This commit reverts all modified es.po files to their previous version
while we work to restore the translations on Transifex.

Various attributes use state field to control display of nodes: like the
'states' (visibility), statusbar_visible (available status in status bar).
In this commit we fix various incorrect state values as those are either
typos, either references to dead or removed status.
An heuristic to detect invalid state for conditions will land soon in master.
As this commit targets a stable version only view fixes are provided.

This provides a better API to search for records by name without the
formatting part (`display_name`).
This also simplifies all the overridings of `_name_search` that no
longer need to call `name_get()`. The call to `name_get()` is done in
method `name_search` in a generic way.
