2021-04-09[FIX] account_edi_ubl: remove wrong move creation when importing xmlBenjamin Frantzen (bfr)
The move was created before its type was determined and the type was ignored. This could cause an issue when this method was called directly if 'default_move_type' was not set in the context (the move would therefore be an entry). Thankfully, this shadowed another bug: when determining the type of the invoice, the context was ignored, and therefore if the file was imported as an invoice, the type determined was 'in_invoice' instead of 'out_invoice', this didn't cause any problem since the type was ignored. The text of the node 'cac:AdditionalDocumentReference/cbc:ID', which should contain the name of the pdf file in an e-fff document is incorrectly set by some software, and may contain the path to the file and/or the name of the xml instead of the pdf. Based on this information, we extract the stem only and append the .pdf extension to form a valid filename for the pdf. TASK ID: 2339062

If the pdf is present in the UBL XML in base64 can have incorrect padding resulting in a crash when saving the attachment. This corrects the padding.
