simplification of payments objects and refactoring of the code
* registering payment(s) from the list of invoice now generate a single payment per invoice selected
* no more abstract object for payments/payment wizard as the logic is now really simple:
- group_invoices option is now removed and we never try to group payments based on the currency/customer of whatsoever (see above),
- the payment amount is the full residual amount of invoice and users cannot change it anymore
* partner_bank_account_id not required as soon as visible (depends on the payment method)
* refactoring to name tags and allow easier inheritance via xpath

When there are lots of lines to be considered, the rpc can come in the wrong order, causing the client to not display the wanted lines. By asking the user to hit enter or leave the input field, we reduce the number of requests and we get rid of the concurency of rpc

Task 1930403
Purpose:
A suspense account is an account in the general ledger that temporarily stores any transactions for which there is uncertainty about the account in which they should be recorded. Once the accounting staff investigates and clarifies the purpose of this type of transaction, it shifts the transaction out of the suspense account and into the correct account(s). An entry into a suspense account may be a debit or a credit.
The Chosen Odoo approach (macro) for this case is
1) from bank statement -> reconciliation widget -> reconciliation model
2) create move that have a dedicated checkbox
3) be able to reopen the bank statement line "like if there is no linked account move" and finally reconcile the transaction with the good invoice/bill (we can reprocess account move "to check")
4) when we reprocess, Instead of creating an account move : Check if there is an "to check" existing linked account move and remove all the account move lines then replace them by the good ones --> we want to keep the sequence

purpose:
when creating a writeoff from the manual reconciliation widget (invoices & payment matching), there's no way to specify the date of the writeoff journal entry
specs:
in v12, add a date field in the js and set the date of the writeoff entry accordingly

In the manual reconciliation widget, after a reconciliation with a writeoff is done, there is still an empty line displayed with the "new" icon. This commit removes the "new" icon on empty line.

Before we could only make a partial payment that was equal to the value of the statement line if the payment was greater than the statement line.
Now we can modify the value of any line (black line) used in the statement reconciliation widget. This allow to have the following:
Statement line of 500
Payment 1 of 500
Payment 2 of 500
We can reconcile the statement line with 250 from payment 1 and 250 from payment 2.

Before this commit, in the customer invoice form, when the outstanding
credits have a big reference or name, the form displayed the name in a
multiple line which made difficult to read and to understand when a
credit starts, and when a credit stops. It also overlapped the name and
the amounts.
Now, when the name is too big, it's truncated, and the full name is
shown when the mouse hovers the field.

The "add" button shown in the outstanding credits menu in the
button right corner of a payment wasn't shown in green like the
other clickable elements.

The BillsListView adds an 'Upload' button to the view list of buttons.
However it tried to add the 'Import' button even if 'base_import', the module
adding that feature, was not installed.
It resulted in a crash, making impossible to access vendor bills.

If there was only one reconciliation the (rounded) time per transaction
was often different from the real one.
|
|
Bank statement lines need to be matched with entries; We have to automate this operation as much as possible.
At the same time, create an algorithm that fit everyone needs is quite impossible.
For that reason we will let users choose the rules they want with the improvement of reconciliation models.
Note that we did it only for bank statement reconliation, not for manual reconciliations.

Default position is now bellow, but in the reconciliation widget we want it above each line so we explicitly have to say it
|
|
Suggestions made to reconcile bank statement lines are now more accurate (based on communication and amount)
There's no automatic mode anymore (button + <CTRL+ENTER> shortcut removed)
Partners are set automatically when selecting a line in the widget (that will help the creation of a res.partner.bank for him, for a better partner detection next time)

- Improve steps
- Validate some steps (Like the company configuration) in all the
onboarding bars if done in one onboarding bar.

on each view loading

Before this commit, the only way to deal with the same tax either with price included or not was to duplicate it, one with the price included checked.
This commit add a new boolean on the reconciliation widget propositions to decide if the tax must be used like a price included tax or not.

In a previous commit, we removed the use of the 'btn-sm' classes as we
used it everywhere for default-size buttons instead of customizing the
size of those default-size buttons directly.
This commit proves it was even more necessary as the 'btn-xs' class does
not exist anymore in BS4 and we so can use the 'btn-sm' class instead.

- The dropdown structure was simplified, allowing to get rid of the
3-levels structure induced by <ul/> elements and dropdowns can now
contain anything. The class 'dropdown-item' is now mandatory for
each dropdown clickable element. The class 'dropdown-item-text' can
be used to add same padding and style but without making the element
have a clickable look.
- Dividers now use the class 'dropdown-divider'
- The way dropdowns are opened and hidden also changed (before the
'open' class was added on the `.dropdown-menu` parent, now the
'show' class is added on both the `.dropdown-menu` parent and the
`.dropdown-menu` itself).
- JS-wise, no click event handlers can be put on `.dropdown-toggle`
elements anymore (instead, use handlers for dropdown events).
- Carets are automatically put on `.dropdown-toggle` elements, so this
commit replaces the `.caret` elements with this. This feature was
possible to disable but would prevent us from adding a caret with
scss. Also, this simplifies the DOM. The 'o-no-caret' class was also
introduced to allow using the 'dropdown-toggle' class on non-caret
elements.
- Also adapt the scss to use $caret-width instead of $caret-width-base

BS4 "btn-default" class was replaced with "btn-secondary", which makes
more sense.
|
|
Odoo made the bad choice of using the 'btn-sm' class for every button
instead of configuring the padding for default 'btn' to be smaller.
In BS4, the style of btn-sm is actually more complex, lowering the
font-size too. Also, btn-xs was removed so we would not have the
possibility to display smaller button than our default ones.
This commit removes btn-sm wherever it was used. Unfortunately, this
might remove it at some places where it made sense but this can be
restored in a second time.

|
The system completely changed. I also had to adapt classes to new
screen breakpoints.
hidden/hide -> d-none
show -> d-block
hidden-xs -> d-none d-md-(block/inline/...)
hidden-sm -> d-md-none d-lg-(block/inline/...)
hidden-md -> d-lg-none d-xl-(block/inline/...)
hidden-lg -> d-xl-none
visible-xs-* -> d-* d-md-none
visible-sm-* -> d-none d-md-* d-lg-none
visible-md-* -> d-none d-lg-* d-xl-none
visible-lg-* -> d-none d-xl-*
hidden-print -> d-print-none
visible-print-* -> d-none d-print-*
...
and all possible combination of those had to be handled too.

Description of the issue/feature this PR addresses:
Accessibility improvements forbids the use of the syntax
`<i class="fa fa-check"/> Some text`
to create a labelled icon. But, by this, some fonts are changed.
Desired behavior after PR is merged:
The old syntax can be used.

Problem: create a bank statement with a line that has a positive amount
and a line that has a negative amount. Both line does not have a partner
Then click on reconcile to open the reconciliation widget, notice the
message stating that we have to select a partner or choose a counterpart.
Select a partner on both line, behavior is different for the line with
credit > 0, the message still says "select partner or choose counterpart"
This commit fixes this problem.
