[IMP] hr_expense: Add an 'Attach Document' action button on expenses
Purpose
=======
Ease the process to add receipt from the mobile app
Specification
=============
Add an "Attach Document" action button.
On mobile, it should open the camera app + have a link to choose a photo from the gallery
