[IMP] mail: message route speed
When using limit=1, PostgreSQL sometimes use sub-optimal plan like
"Index Scan Backward using xxx". To avoid this, adding a fake sort
will make PostgreSQL to use the same plan as without limit, and in
this particular case, the index on message_id
closes odoo/odoo#29278
