[IMP] mrp: Planning menu entry
Moving main menu item 'Planning' from mrp_workorder to mrp.
We put this main menu in the module mrp to add items in it in module
mrp_workorder and mrp_mps without adding a dependency of mrp_workorder
to mrp_mps
