Revert "[FIX] account: allow all accounts when creating bank/cash journal"
This reverts commit be1e1207a849d95e54a76b841a74e94468d13e1f.
The original problem will need another solution, as with that
commit the user is unable to select an account on the journal
closes odoo/odoo#63906
