[REM] purchase(_stock): remove unused action
- Since 2c5022b4f33b1406736d0f9a0bee76942ba0bf7f , the action with
id:'purchase_order_action_generic' was unused.
- Since 7743af00bf7bb3159200e8ac579abee8b8339cbd , the action with
id='purchase_open_picking' was unused.
