[IMP] hr_payroll: remove inheritance on hr_payslip_line
hr_payslip_line was inheriting from hr_payslip_rule which meant that we
were copying useless data from the rules on the lines (namely the
computation rules which are only used in _compute_rule on
hr_payslip_rule).
