[FIX] base: create partner from email
Call the method `find_or_create` with `email` equals to
`"Raoul Grosbedon <r.g@grosbedon.fr>"`
The partner created has the name `r.g@grosbedon.fr` instead of
`Raoul Grosbedon`.
The method `name_create` is capable of handling such a use case, so we
take advantage of it.
