[IMP] product,(website_)sale: Fix parent exclusions - product configurator

Purpose
=======
- Exclusions for optional/accessory products do not work for attributes configured as "never create variants".
These attributes are now added to the reference_product context so that they can be taken into account when
evaluating exclusions.
