[IMP] sale_timesheet_edit: filter timesheet SOL
Before this commit, when the project is set as project rate or employee
rate and the SO is defined in this project. We do not filter the
selection list in the so_line field in task form.
This commit uses the related field on the SO of the project and add a
condition in the domain of the field in task form to take only the
SOLs defined in the SO of the project.
