[IMP] hr_timesheet: add group visibility to project's analytic_account
Task #1915660
Purpose
=======
Analytic Account field of a project should not be visible for non-members
of the "analytic.group_analytic_accounting" group.
This is now consistent with the other analytic account fields of the application.
