[FIX] l10n_latam_invoice_document: invoice report
* remove l10n_latam_amount_tax field: This one is not really neccesary since was used for CITI reports and this ones were deprecated.
* improve invoice report view inherit: Improve way to make inherit for report invoice using position attribute
instead of position replace.
* Report amounts:
* for excluded reports get price unit computing (and not price_unit) to get the untaxed price if the line has taxes with price included (as in sales)
* fix l10n_latam_price_subtotal for report with taxes included and tax included on the price
closes odoo/odoo#36716
