[FIX] project_timesheet_holidays: create company
- Install project_timesheet_holidays
- Create a company with any user (except the SUPERUSER)
An AccessError is risen.
This is because the new project is created in the new company, but the
user is not in this company. The record rule `project_comp_rule`
prevents the constraint to be evaluated.
`sudo` seems the only solution here...
