[IMP] hr, hr_recruitment: usability improvement
- hr: improve form view with 2 columns and remove requirements.
- hr_recruitment: remove case_default and legend_priority fields, improve dashboard, move recruitment.stage data in demo and improve form and kanban view of hr.applicant.
