[FIX] account: group payment
The commit https://github.com/odoo/odoo/pull/32198/commits/c9ec53b4e2373c08d944aac3a6bff2519cb5b13e removed the ability to make one payment for multiple invoices and forced to make one payment per invoice. We should have the ability to choose
Also, reinforce the security for multi company by ensuring the user can
only select a journal from the company the invoices are in, and by
ensuring one can only register payments for invoices issued by one
company.
