[REF] website_slides: improve eLearning homepage
PURPOSE
Improve onboarding and user experience of eLearning homepage
SPECIFICATIONS
Overall improvements and onboarding :
* remove "heroes" banner (can be customized);
* improve copywriting;
* hide achievements if not logged;
* hide void sections (do not display "no achievements currently");
* remove button on top "pick a course", can be done with a customization
