[CLEAN] website_forum: cleaning before merging
- cleaned models
- cleaned controllers: lots of cleaning, rewriting, simplfiication + updated in views
- added an override of the contact widget, to be able to display partner-related
stuff about karma and badges
- some css tweaking
- badges cleaning
