[MERGE] various: remove unused actions
PURPOSE
Clean dead actions.
SPECIFICATIONS
Some ir.actions.act_window are not used in odoo codebase anymore
* not linked to a given menu;
* not referenced in the code;
In this merge we remove dead actions linked to Social/Marketing applications.
