[FIX] website_sale : 'recently viewed product' inactive by default
Description of the task :
Make the website ui as consistent as possible by making some layout quick
wins.
Behaviour before the PR is merged :
'Recently View Products' filter is active by default on a product page.
Desired behaviour after PR is merged :
'Recently Viewed Product' is inactive by default.
