[FIX] hr, purchase: update import templates
* the employees file apparently never worked as the marital status was
updated before template files were added (respectively
0eb58775c9e9e61cd9ab7d288ebcb07791f98aa6 and
b60de0db41bbe4af3c2f6e2369eda5d483702d76)
* the purchase template was never updated to reflect the Big Demo Data Changes
(58fc4e440952bde533c8aa1dc8b6fc2440a05337).
