[IMP] l10n_be_hr_payroll: Use the adapted wage as basic salary on payslips
It's possible to take more holidays days than the allowed legal days.
In that case the effective wage is the 'wage_with_holidays'.
This specific wage should be used as basic salary when computing the payslip.
