[FIX] website_forum: fix link and media option in wysiwyg editor
Before this commit, link and media buttons of the wysiwyg editor
toolbar in the forum were never displayed. It's because we were not
using the right option names in the toolbar object.
Thanks to @kirtangajjar for initial bug fix.
