Revert "[IMP]point of sale: added fiscal_position_id field in pos config to set fiscal postion on each shop."
This reverts commit 5327869356ca629728ef45ebdef2598c1d02dd4b.
Reverting this because we would rather want to be able to set a fiscal
position per pos_order, not per pos_config.
