[MERGE] lunch: improve supplier management
Make the lunch alerts blocking if ordering a product from a supplier if not
available at the order time
Add mail templates to generate emails to suppliers.
This merge is only a first step before the Big Lunch Refactoring that will
change forever the way peoples are considering eating lunch.
