[FIX] mail: use config parameter as intended for alias_domain
Since commit a18bd499acf518f070318aeabd81f8eb94faad01 alias_domain was
not updating correctly in the settings.
This commit fixes the issue by updating to code to conform to the new
config_parameter interface.
