[IMP] web_editor: update left panel UI *after* onFocus method call
Call the `onFocus` method before the `updateUI` one so that we can
make changes before we update/render the UI (so that `updateUI` may
be influenced by something done in `onFocus`).
Needed for upcoming task: https://github.com/odoo/odoo/pull/42189
