[FIX] maintenance: use of "active" instead of "archive"
The maintenance.request "active" field was renamed to "archive" for some
strange reason by commit 9a20c6556f4d52cccd0a0ba4a36a2e51c239d7f4.
The value was also inverted.
Unfortunately, "active" was not replaced in a search filter.
