[FIX] point_of_sale: Don't scan network without IoT Box
We use the same "Cashdrawer" field for the printer connected to the IoT
Box and the one without IoT Box. When you checked this box, the POS
scanned the network to find an IoT Box, even if you want to use an
Epson ePOS printer.
