[MERGE] website_portal_purchase: move customer portal to purchase
As already done for account, sale, project and helpdesk, customer portal
for purchase is moved directly into purchase. No dependency to website
is required anymore.
This merge also removes website_portal_purchase as all its content has
been moved.
