[IMP] hr_holidays: Merge remaining_leaves/leaves_count compute methods
The fields remaining_leaves and leaves_count have the same computation
(two different methods but they compute the same quantity)
We still need to have two different fields, because they need to both be
in the view at the same time, but we can use the same computation for
both of them.
