Revert "[FIX] hr_expense: avoid crash when submitting"
Commit 46c1091f36803a5991c90982b80d43972a47ff24 was only a workaround.
Inability to submit expenses was actually a js bug that hass beed fixed
by 7d448d57e34511eb668a695e9238a2096c05411e.
