[REV] hw_drivers, hw_posbox_homepage, pos: Remove MPD
This reverts commit 9d43308a8f6b521d3d18f7fc472303f58f56a0c3.
No one should be using MPD in production at the moment but
we'll still leave it in the buiold of the Box, just to be sure.
