[FIX] base: kanban_record doesn't support <field/>
Open the form view of Contacts with some children
Some children have phone number set on them.
Before this commit, the phone was not displayed
This is due to the same reason as #35869
After this commit, the phone number is displayed.
Although widgets can't be supported in this case
closes odoo/odoo#40266
