[FIX] website_portal: wait for tour to be ready
Commit 3d0cc2d6d2dbd567cfaa93de4cb90787d0c07c9e introduced a new tour
but the test which launches it did not wait for it to be ready. For
unknown reasons, this seemed to never induce any problem... until now.
